Marketing Service Associate


  • To assist in developing and executing the marketing plans for the assigned brands/products.
  • To assist in product and package development of new and existing products and determine selling features (i.e. sizes, pricing and product claims).
  • To assist in the development and execution of specific strategies and action plans for the brand:
  • Sales promotion activities and merchandising programs in conjunction with the Sales Department.(i.e. trade fairs and other related events).
  • Advertising programs in conjunction with the Creative and Media agencies.
  • PR activities
  • Prepare budgets (units, sales and A&P spending) for the assigned brands.
  • Coordinate with Demand Planning for inventory requirements
  • Conduct market research in securing market analyses and consumer reactions to products, concepts and advertising.
  • Conduct periodic store checks and submit findings/observations.
  • Prepare periodic brand and marketing budget reviews.
  • Other special projects that maybe assigned from time to time.


  • College graduate with a degree in BS Management or Marketing.
  • Preferably with 1 year work experience as Brand Assistant with a FMCG company
  • Assertive, creative and resourceful
  • With good oral and written communication skills
